In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. Your energetic leadership will drive workforce engagement, streamline HR processes, and support our company's growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact by shaping our human capital strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective HR sourcing and recruiting methods. Lead employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. Manage performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, facilitate feedback sessions, and support career development initiatives. Oversee benefits administration, including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and retirement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Drive change management initiatives by guiding organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts aligned with strategic goals. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and HR legal standards across all HR functions. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and analytics to inform decision-making. Facilitate conflict management and employee relations activities to maintain a positive work environment. Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills, promote continuous learning, and support organizational growth. Administer HR department operations including payroll processing, personnel administration, and benefits management with precision and confidentiality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. Five years of human resources management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant human resources experience. Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, talent management, performance evaluation, and employee relations. In-depth knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning. Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro or Taleo; strong skills in Excel data analysis are essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively while fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly to change management processes and organizational design strategies. Familiarity with benefits administration, including workers' compensation procedures and payroll processing, is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications like SHRM-CP orSHRM-SCP
