Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to): Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes Coordinate interviews and support staffing needs with management Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and concerns Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary Ensure compliance with California labor laws and workplace regulations Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration Maintain OSHA and workplace safety standards Support performance evaluations and staff development initiatives Assist with general administrative or office operations as needed Qualifications (Required) Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written) 2+ years of HR experience Strong knowledge of California labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience in a dental or healthcare setting Experience hiring clinical and front office staff Familiarity with HR or payroll systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Opportunities for growth Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Work Location Fullerton, CA (In-person)
