5524 Senior Human Resources Business Partner We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership across Karl Storz. In this role, you will drive organizational effectiveness by designing and implementing HR solutions across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and change management — while championing a diverse and inclusive culture that directly supports our business goals. What You'll Do Partner strategically with assigned leadership teams to develop and execute HR programs, processes, and solutions aligned to business needs Facilitate and administer performance management processes, including coaching discussions, performance development plans, and 1:1 support Consult on complex employee relations issues, providing timely, balanced, and sensitive resolution Partner with Staffing and leadership to build and manage strategic recruiting plans Lead assigned HR projects from inception through effective implementation Serve as a change agent, driving organizational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives Develop and disseminate departmental and company-wide communications at all organizational levels Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop policies, procedures, and systems Mentor junior HR staff and provide coaching and development feedback to managers and employees Serve as the on-site HR resource for employment law, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation What You Bring Required 7+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (relevant experience may be substituted) Expert proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presenting to large, cross-level audiences Demonstrated conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically, with a track record of building effective business relationships High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to varied emotional situations while maintaining composure Preferred PHR, SPHR, or additional HR certification Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HR Acuity (or comparable ER software) Ability to think locally and globally to drive collaborative, cross-functional solutions Experience developing HR metrics and building business cases for leadership initiatives Why Join Us Directly influence organizational culture, talent strategy, and business performance Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, mission-driven environment Grow your expertise across a broad range of HR disciplines in a complex, global organization Who We Are
