We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior People & Culture Manager to join a leading fashion brand based in Beverly Hills. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who is passionate about shaping exceptional employee experiences, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting a high-performing, creative workforce. Our brand celebrates inclusivity and individuality, and is embraced by renowned celebrities and fashion-forward individuals. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ready to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while championing people-first initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic thought partner to enhance the overall employee experience Provide guidance and leadership on performance management processes Build, refine, and manage scalable HR systems and processes Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion Mentor and coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities Elevate onboarding and new hire integration programs Support and help administer company benefits and wellness initiatives Ensure compliance with California labor laws while aligning HR strategies with business goals Qualifications 10-15 years of Human Resources experience Bachelor's degree required Experience within a creative or fashion-driven environment preferred Strong knowledge of California employment law SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly desirable Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skillsSimilar jobs in Los Angeles, CA
