Lead end‑to‑end recruitment & talent acquisition Design and improve HR policies, SOPs, and compliance Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention Oversee performance management & appraisals Support leadership with HR strategy and workforce planning Handle disciplinary matters and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices Mentor junior HR team members What We're Looking For ✔ 4-7+ years of solid HR experience ✔ Proven experience as an HR Generalist / HR MANAGER ✔ Strong understanding of HR laws, policies & best practices ✔ Excellent communication & people skills ✔ Confident, ethical, and solutions‑oriented mindset ✔ Experience in fast‑paced or growing organizations (a plus)
