$75,000-$95,000/year, depending on experience About Us We are a growing e-commerce and computer technology company based in Ontario, California. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR & Operations Manager to support our team and help improve our day-to-day operations, employee management, and internal processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small-to-mid-sized business environment and is comfortable handling both Human Resources and Operations Management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and personnel records Handle employee relations and workplace issues in compliance with California employment laws Develop and maintain company policies, employee handbook, and HR procedures Assist management with employee performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans Help design and manage compensation, bonus, commission, and incentive programs Coordinate payroll-related information, workers' compensation, benefits, and HR documentation Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and employee retention Work closely with company ownership and department managers to improve productivity and accountability Develop and implement SOPs and internal workflows Monitor daily operations and help resolve operational and personnel issues Improve communication and coordination among warehouse, technical, sales, and customer service teams Help management establish KPIs and performance standards Ensure compliance with applicable California employment regulations Qualifications 3+ years of HR, People Operations, or HR/Operations management experience preferred Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance Experience working with small or mid-sized companies is strongly preferred Experience handling employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working directly with company owners and department managers Able to work independently and take ownership of projects Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with sufficient relevant experience SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is not limited to administrative HR work.
