Job Description

Human Resources Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and support our organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational development and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract top talent Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs Lead initiatives for employee development, training, and engagement Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Skills and Qualifications:
