The company operates in a dynamic, product-led environment and is scaling rapidly across multiple business units. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership.

Position SummaryThe Director of Human Resources will lead all aspects of HR strategy, operations, and talent management for a growing tech organization. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers, driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, improve employee experience, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with responsibility for shaping HR infrastructure during a high-growth phase.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth plansServe as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change managementLead initiatives that enhance company culture, engagement, and retentionTalent Management & AcquisitionOversee full-cycle recruiting strategy in partnership with talent acquisition teamsDesign workforce planning models to support scaling needsLead succession planning and leadership development programsEmployee Relations & Performance ManagementProvide guidance on complex employee relations issues and investigationsOversee performance management systems and ensure consistent application across teamsPromote a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvementCompensation & BenefitsPartner with Finance and leadership on compensation strategy and benchmarkingOversee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfactionHR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and systemsDrive HRIS optimization and data-driven decision-makingLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor HR team membersBuild scalable HR processes to support organizational growthFoster a collaborative and high-performance HR function
