Responsibilities:

+ Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and strong internal support + Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and proper recordkeeping practices + Partner closely with Finance and other departments to align on organizational priorities + Lead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively + Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to remain competitive and equitable + Collaborate with payroll to maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data and processing + Direct talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and recruitment strategies + Drive performance management processes and support employee development initiatives + Design and implement training and leadership development programs + Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead continuous improvement efforts + Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives Requirements + 10 years of progressive HR management with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the Director level capacity + Must have prior management experience in government or nonprofit organizations to be considered. + Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance laws, including state and federal regulations + Proficiency in managing compensation, benefits, and payroll operations + Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies + Demonstrated ability to lead performance management and employee development initiatives + Skilled in policy development, organizational change management, and process improvement + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of conflict resolution + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
