Overview We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Talent & Culture leader to drive employee engagement, strengthen employee relations, build a best-in-class internship program, and support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being close to the business, and is passionate about building a strong, people-first culture. You will partner closely with leadership to shape the employee experience while ensuring scalable, compliant, and effective people practices. Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Culture Design and execute engagement strategies that enhance employee experience and retention Lead employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive actionable improvement plans Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture Develop programs that reinforce company values, recognition, and employee connection Employee Relations (ER) Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters Manage and resolve workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion Ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and employment law compliance Proactively identify trends and recommend solutions to mitigate risk and improve workplace environment Internship Program Build and scale a structured internship program aligned to business needs and early talent strategy Partner with leaders to define meaningful intern projects and learning experiences Develop relationships with universities and external partners to build talent pipelines Oversee onboarding, engagement, and conversion strategies for interns Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support full-cycle recruiting for key roles across the organization Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring plans Drive a strong candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding Help build and refine recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts Qualifications 5-10+ years of progressive HR / Talent & Culture experience Strong background in employee relations and engagement initiatives Experience building or managing internship or early career programs Proven success supporting or leading recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skillsSimilar remote jobs
