In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment and labor laws, and organizational development. Your leadership will drive workforce management strategies that align with our company's goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital management and be passionate about developing innovative HR solutions that support our growth and success. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract top talent across various roles. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture while emphasizing compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Manage employee performance evaluation systems, providing guidance on performance management practices that foster growth and accountability. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, payroll processing via platforms like ADP or Paychex, and other fringe benefits to ensure competitive offerings. Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations by conducting regular audits, updating policies, and managing contracts in collaboration with legal teams. Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts through effective conflict management strategies while promoting open communication across all levels of the organization. Skills Extensive experience in human resources management with a focus on human capital management principles. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or UltiPro for data collection, reporting, and workforce analytics. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA standards and affirmative action planning. Proven ability in change management processes to support organizational restructuring or strategic shifts. Expertise in talent acquisition techniques utilizing social media management tools and HR sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates. Skilled in employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to foster continuous learning. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while maintaining transparency and clarity. Project management capabilities to oversee multiple HR projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
