At PVUSD, students are at the heart of everything we do, and our Personnel Commission and Merit System provides the framework for a personnel management system for classified employees that fosters the advancement of career service. We are currently staffing our Director-Human Resources-Classified and are looking for a dedicated leader with experience in recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, staff development, employee records management, classified substitute services, employee-employer relations, contract administration, and workers' compensation program support. Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience appropriate to the responsibilities of this position equivalent to: Bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration or related field. Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in the administration of public personnel.
