Job Description

Our client located in Windsor, CT is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. This position offers a full-time, on-site schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, supporting managers and employees across the organization.

Manage full-cycle payroll processing using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness each pay period.

Lead high-volume recruiting initiatives—including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance.

Serve as a resource for employee relations, benefits, performance management, and compliance matters.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

Maintain confidential employee records and reporting.

Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning.
