Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Manager to oversee and support HR operations in our adult daycare facility. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for people! This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll training, and performance management, ensuring a professional and positive workplace environment. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to maintain organizational effectiveness and staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for all staff Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns Support scheduling, role clarity, and workforce organization Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Facilitate employee training and professional development initiatives Assist with performance evaluations, documentation, and feedback processes Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment Support employee recognition and retention programs
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in human resources, employee administration, or related field (experience in small business or healthcare settings preferred) Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism Commitment to fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace culture
Schedule and Compensation:
Part-time:
20-30 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Compensation:
$23 to 27 an hour
