Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Leadership Building strong relationships and ensuring HR initiatives support the organization's goals Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's HR practices are effective Provide recommendations and strategies for improving HR practices Recruitment and Employee Relations Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer and onboarding Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management programs, succession planning, and professional development Address employee relations issues, mediate disputes, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment Evaluate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge using the LMS system HRIS Management Provide oversight of UKG Ready and serve as the internal subject-matter expert, with a strong working knowledge of backend configuration, workflows, system functionality, and employee records Partner with the HR Generalist on day-to-day UKG administration, providing guidance and troubleshooting while maintaining the ability to make system changes and configurations directly when needed Ensure UKG supports accurate and compliant HR recordkeeping and processes, including system setup, data integrity, reporting, and resolution of issues with UKG Support Compensation and Benefits Implement and make recommendations to the compensation strategy to ensure it aligns with organizational goals Oversee relationships with benefits vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions Design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of employees and comply with legal requirements Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure employees understand their compensation and benefits packages Compliance and Legal Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations across multiple states Maintain accurate and complete HR records for audits and legal needs, including medical credentialing compliance Manage Worker's Comp, ADA, and Leave of Absence processes Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are fair, consistent, and compliant with all regulations Budget Management Develop and manage the annual HR budget, ensuring strategic alignment and effective resource allocation across all HR functions Negotiate contracts with HR service providers and vendors to secure cost-effective solutions Data Analysis and Reporting Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to enhance HR practices and outcomes Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management of key findings and metricsEXPERIENCE
SHRM or PHR Certified or equivalent experience 5-7 years of progressive HR experience 3-5 years managerial experienceQUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written, with a high degree of professionalism and maturity to interact with all levels of the organization Ability to quickly learn and perform advanced functions within the organization's HRIS (UKG) Aptitude to learn database programs and systems Proficiency in Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications Advanced knowledge of FMLA, Colorado FAMLI, ADA and applicable employment laws to navigate complex cases and ensure compliance Strong talent acquisition experience, including recruiting and sourcing for frontline retail and other high-volume positions Ability to align HR practices with the organization's overall goals Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and goal orientation Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions Strong advocate for the sanctity of life issues Possesses Christian testimony with evidence of Christian maturity in personal and professional life Active commitment to a local church A passion for the ministry accomplished through Life Network and a heart for reaching the lost of our community/world with the Gospel Participation by all staff is required at Life Network's major events Regularly required to sit and occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsCLASSIFICATION
Full-time for 32 or 40 hours per week.Pay range:
$35.00 - $42.50 per hour. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday. Reports to the COO. This is an onsite position.BENEFITS
