Direct Job #29758 HRBP - Manufacturing - Danbury A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with site leadership in driving talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational performance. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment and helping shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals. Support talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management initiatives. Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and temporary employees. Advise managers on employee relations, coaching, performance issues, and policy interpretation. Conduct employee investigations and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Collaborate on compensation, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support business decisions. Identify training and leadership development needs and help implement development programs.
Qualifications:
4+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR or a related field. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and employment law. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel up to 15%.
