Employee Relations Coordinator

Job Description

Employee Relations Coordinator | Greenwich, CT $75,000-$85,000 We're partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization that is looking to add an experienced Employee Relations Coordinator to their growing HR team! This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees, supporting managers, and helping build a positive workplace culture. What you'll be doing: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, support, and engagement Manage employee engagement initiatives, stay interviews, focus groups, and exit interviews Support performance evaluations, 90-day reviews, and performance concerns Assist with disciplinary actions and ensure HR policy compliance Maintain employee records, personnel action forms, and HR policies Support mentorship, training, and staff development programs Partner with Accounting & Finance on payroll, budgeting, and position management Assist with audits, unemployment hearings, and HR data integrity What they're looking for: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of HR experience Experience with an HRIS; Paycom is preferred Strong software and communication skills Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Nonprofit experience is a plus EB-9196039835
