This is a key partner to both leadership and employees and will be a critical player in ensuring a positive employee experience while supporting HR operations. Must be able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines while exhibiting exceptional Customer Service to its employees.

Day to day:

Employee Relations/Performance Management Benefits Administration, open enrollment, compliance, reporting, and the ability to build relationships with vendors HR Compliance, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, OSHA, Legal, workers' comp... Maintain & update handbook and employee records Work closely with leadership and provide support to all employee levels. Improve, develop, and participate in better practices, procedures, and policy

Must Haves:

BS/BA 10+ years of corporate HR experience Knowledgeable with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is a plus) Ability to work independently while pitching in as a team member wherever needed.
