$80,000 – $110,000 About the Role This role serves as on-site HR Manager ensuring compliance with SCA, CBA, and federal labor regulations while supporting the full range of HR functions across contract operations. What You'll Be Doing Provide on-site support of daily operations of the Human Resources department, including but not limited to: onboarding and new hire processing, policy and procedure guidance, training and development oversight, and recruitment. Manages or contributes to processes involving employee status and pay changes, offering guidance on personnel-related matters such as general employment inquiries, benefits (e.g., health insurance), FMLA, and short-term disability. Serves as an on-site resource for employees on HR-related issues, facilitates new hire orientation, and coordinates pre-employment requirements with recruiting. Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensures data integrity across HR systems and databases. Prepares, analyzes, and interprets HR reports to support departmental and organizational objectives. Coordinates with Corporate HR Department for the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee relations and streamline HR processes. Collaborates with managers and supervisors to ensure consistent communication and application of HR policies, procedures, programs, and compliance with employment laws. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Three(3)to five (5)years of experience, including specialized work in government contracting. Strong working knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA). Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred. SHRM and/or HRCI certification preferred Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must hold and maintain a Tier 5 (Top Secret / SCI)government security clearance, as required for the position. Must be able to maintain the ability to access the government worksite. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position. Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or desk. Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling paperwork. Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays. US Pay Range $80,000 — $110,000 USD Why Us?
