The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, payroll support, and HR policy implementation. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support employees and management across a broad range of HR functions. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the medical practices' leadership to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, (or equivalent experience, preferred). 3+ years of HR experience with over 500 employees Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism HR certification (preferred but not required) Ensure compliance with employmentlabor law standards, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements. Demonstrated experience managing FMLA, ADA, and other federal and state leave and accommodation programs.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process Support employee relations and conflict resolution Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate performance reviews and training initiatives Assist with benefits administration and HR reporting Ability to demonstrate project management skills in implementing HR initiatives like succession planning or organizational design projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across team members at all levels. Support change management projects and organization design efforts to optimize workforce effectiveness. Handle employee relations issues with conflict management skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
