Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand temporary staffing requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Receive paperwork from arriving truck drivers Verify the required information Take photographs of the truck and delivered BESS unit Upload the documents and photographs to our team's Google Drive Communicate basic delivery information with drivers and the Lotte operations team The worker will not handle freight or perform loading, unloading, rigging, flagging, or forklift operation. However, the worker will work inside an active EPC construction site. Support employee relations initiatives related to temporary staff and assist in succession planning efforts.
