This is an in-person position supporting multiple ophthalmology clinic and ambulatory surgery center locations throughout Southwest Florida. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted partner to leadership by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This role also plays a key part in workforce planning, organizational development, and using HR analytics to support strategic business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience required. Healthcare Human Resources experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
