In this role, the HR Manager will oversee a wide range of human resources functions, with a focus on payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. HR Manager Job Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll processing accurately and efficiently using ADP Workforce Now Administer employee benefits programs like health insurance and 401(k) plans Supervise HR Coordinators, ensuring the effective execution of HR processes Lead employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a successful start Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant employee records Support employee engagement, well-being, and professional development Serve as a resource for all on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and related matters Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace Perform other duties as required, within education and experience
HR Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Proven experience as an HR Manager Bachelor's degree or equivalent Proficient in ADP Workforce and Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable, organized, multi-tasker Able to handle a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and appearance
