Job Description
Growing skilled trades staffing firm is seeking an Operations Manager with min 5 years of experience in staffing, payroll, recruiting operations, construction, logistics, dispatch, or another high-volume environment. You will help manage daily operations, payroll/timekeeping, onboarding, compliance, employee support, client coordination, and process improvement as the company grows. We need someone organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. $65,000 base salary + profit sharing.
