base + discretionary bonus, benefits, onsite gym, 401k with employer match, fully paid breakfast and lunch, PTO Job Summary Our client, a global hedge fund, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role partners closely with senior HR leadership to support employees across the lifecycle while helping drive consistent people processes and operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to grow within a high-performance organization. What You'll Do Support annual HR cycles including performance, compensation, and talent processes Provide day-to-day HR operational support across business groups, including employee transitions Address employee inquiries in partnership with senior HR leadership Collaborate with internal HR teams to deliver consistent people solutions Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and systems Assist with reporting, headcount tracking, and HR data analysis Identify trends to support business decisions Partner across regions to provide seamless HR coverage Support and project manage ad hoc initiatives as needed What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Psychology, or related fields preferred Experience within financial services preferred Highly proficient in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment High level of professionalism and discretion If this sounds like a good fit, please submit your resume for consideration.
