Job Description

OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Generalist Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: recruitment, employee relations, training, employee inquires, new hire, payroll, and benefits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for: Researching and analyzing data through the HRIS system Preparing and conducting management training Preparing annual review reports Assisting with handbook updates, job descriptions, and salary surveys Responding to inquiries regarding employment policies and regulations Managing new hire process Managing tuition reimbursement process Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR-related data and maintain compliance with record keeping requirements. Maintaining the HR portal with all pertinent HR related news and forms Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries Assisting with special projects Serve as a primary of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances Maintain Accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Human Resources Manager must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. Must also have 2-3 years of Human Resources experience and a passion for supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle. Experience with isolved is a plus
