A Director of Human Resources manages human resources functions for a company or organization, including the recruiting, hiring and training of employees. Works with executive management to develop and implement staffing and compensation plans, and works to attract and retain qualified employees. Oversees training and development initiatives. Manages compensation and benefits structure and provides information to employees. Monitors compliance with employment-related regulations. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

This is a highly visible leadership role for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution . Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership capacity Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams, including CEOs, CFOs, and senior business leaders Proven HR leadership experience supporting operational, industrial, production, warehouse, distribution, or other workforce-based environments Experience managing and developing HR teams Strong knowledge of employment compliance, including FMLA, ADA, employee relations, and HR best practices #
