Overview Join our dynamic organization as a Human Resources Manager and lead our HR initiatives with energy and expertise! In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic HR functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will empower our teams to thrive through innovative talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce management. Oversee all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment through effective conflict management and communication. Manage HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors to streamline personnel administration, data collection, and reporting. Lead recruitment efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Lever to attract top talent across various departments. Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits administration, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance, workers' compensation. Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, OSHA standards, affirmative action planning, and HR legal compliance. Coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance management processes, and organizational design efforts. Skills Extensive experience in human capital management, change management, and strategic planning within HR departments. Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques, employee orientation programs, performance evaluation methods, and talent management strategies. Strong knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing systems (e.g., Kronos, UltiPro), and HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or PeopleSoft. Demonstrated ability in project management, data analysis using Excel or similar tools for HR data collection and reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and foster positive employee relations. Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations and OSHA standards. Skilled in conflict management, organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to support long-term business growth.
