Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a high-visibility opportunity supporting a growing business segment in the Jacksonville, FL area. This fully onsite HRBP role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with leadership while staying closely connected to employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational development. The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, helping align people strategies with business goals. This is a strong opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a measurable impact in a collaborative environment with supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and potential for long-term career growth through temp-to-hire or full-time conversion. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic and practical HR guidance across employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention.
  • Coach managers through employee concerns, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and organizational challenges.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data, trends, and employee feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and business-aligned solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and Centers of Excellence to deliver effective programs, tools, and employee experience improvements.
