We're looking for a PCC Partner / Senior HR People Partner to join our ever-evolving People, Culture & Change team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you'll own Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes. Lead organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and prepare the business for future growth. Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support data-driven business decisions. Guide leaders through organizational change, transformation initiatives, and employee engagement efforts to ensure successful adoption and business impact. Serve as a trusted advisor on complex people matters, partnering with key stakeholders to foster a high-performing, compliant, and inclusive workplace. What you'll bring 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or a related discipline. Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed, or global organizations to drive business and people outcomes. Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change management. Demonstrated ability to leverage workforce analytics and people data to develop strategic recommendations and influence decision-making. Exceptional consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to coach leaders and influence across multiple levels of the organization. It's a bonus if you have Experience supporting large-scale business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, or significant organizational change initiatives.
