The position supports and coaches leaders in developing their organizations, drives change initiatives, fosters positive employee relations, and partners with functional teams to support organizational effectiveness, employee development, and continuous improvement. This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on support across a variety of human resources initiatives. Leadership Lead and develop HR team members by establishing priorities, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting performance and career development Set team expectations and allocate resources to support effective delivery of HR programs and services Build team capabilities through development opportunities, knowledge sharing, and ongoing coaching Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with company values. Human Resources Partnership Serve as a strategic HR partner providing guidance, coaching, and support across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR processes Partner with business leaders to develop and execute performance management, career development, employee relations, and engagement strategies aligned with company values and legal requirements Provide guidance on complex employee issues, conduct investigations, resolve concerns, and coordinate with legal resources as needed Ensure consistent application of HR policies, programs, and practices while supporting employees with policy, benefits, and payroll-related questions Drive employee engagement initiatives by developing action plans, monitoring key indicators, and recommending improvements to strengthen workplace culture Organizational Effectiveness Partner with leaders and talent acquisition teams to develop recruiting strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and support effective onboarding processes Collaborate on organization design and workforce strategies to achieve business objectives, improve productivity, and enhance operational effectiveness Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness Support organizational transformation, change management, and business process improvement initiatives that enhance business performance and employee experience Talent & Organizational Development Coach and support leaders in executing talent management processes including performance management, merit planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning Facilitate talent discussions and support workforce strategies aligned with business needs and organizational priorities Partner with HR leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement HR programs, policies, and learning initiatives aligned with business strategies Support compliance training, workforce initiatives, and organizational development programs while identifying development needs and coordinating resources Other duties as assigned Total Rewards Details We prioritize an exceptional workplace experience, offering a comprehensive total reward package.
