National industrial staffing firm. 30 plus years in the market. Deep blue chip industrial book. We've been growing market share year over year.

THE NON NEGOTIABLE

You have at least 2 years of outside sales experience FOR a staffing agency, selling agency services into industrial, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or facility services accounts. This is the foundation we hire on. Internal recruiting, corporate TA, retail or healthcare staffing, and adjacent B2B sales don't fit this specific role, but we'd love to stay in touch for future openings.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're a current branch manager carrying your own book and leading a team OR you're a senior staffing rep with quota attainment ready to step into leadership You sell into plant managers, ops directors, and HR leaders and you know how they buy You've built territory through real prospecting work. Not inbound leads You've hit quota year over year with the numbers to prove it You've built territory through cold prospecting, account mapping, and door pulling. You want uncapped commission, not a capped bonus You own your day. Territory, schedule, and pipeline
