Job Description
Are you ready to make a real impact where it counts? We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our manufacturing plant in Cartersville, GA. In this highly visible role, you'll be a trusted advisor to plant leadership and a key driver of employee relations, engagement, retention, performance management, and ensuring effective support and alignment with organizational goals. Our HRBP is a critical hands-on role that partners closely with plant leadership and employes to drive HR initiatives, support business objectives, and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. As a strategic advisor and employee advocate, the HRBP will play a key role in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, employment law compliance and HR special projects.
Your Responsibilities:
Champion employee engagement, drive a positive culture, and promote collaboration and team spirit. Delivery high quality and accurate HR data and service information to the business units, while taking ownership of the HR data and service information to the business units. Conduct monthly meetings with respective department Managers to provide HR guidance Conduct new hire onboarding and management workshops for new department Managers Support in resolving complex employee relation issues Monitor performance management process and keep Managers accountable in conducting quarterly performance & talent meetings Assist in the management of execution of bonus plans, merit processes and routine/ special request reports Assist international employee with expatriate assignments and related HR matters Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators. Assist with salary structure maintenance, market research, and compensation reviews.Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 3-5 years HR generalist experience Good knowledge of employment / labor laws Experience using HRIS applications (SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred) We offer: Comprehensive Health Coverage- Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans to support you and your family 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match

Pay:
$80,000.00- $100,000.
