$60,000+ and Bonus Potential Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations, recruiting activity, client relationships, and employee performance within a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage branch operations, drive business growth, support recruiting efforts, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, urgency, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily branch operations and team performance Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure customer orders are filled timely and accurately Monitor attendance, performance, and workforce productivity Support business development and account growth initiatives Handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations Review payroll, billing, reporting, and branch metrics Coach and develop recruiters and branch staff Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in staffing, recruiting, logistics, manufacturing, or operations Strong leadership and team management skills Experience managing high-volume recruiting and workforce operations preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and relationship management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and staffing/recruiting systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Preferred Skills Staffing industry experience Client account management KPI/metrics management Workforce planning Conflict resolution Recruiting strategy development Operations management Benefits Competitive salary Bonus opportunities Health benefits PTO/Holiday pay Career growth opportunities Email resumes to: McDonough@selecsource.com #SSLIP #SSLI
