The goal is to keep the right number of people on site, control costs, and stay compliant. Responsibilities Plan labor needs with site Operations, and track attendance, fill rate, and turnover. Manage staffing agencies, including contracts, rates, performance reviews, and temp-to-hire conversions. Check vendor invoices against approved hours, and look for ways to reduce labor costs. Keep temporary labor compliant with federal and state employment laws, including California wage-and-hour rules, and limit co-employment risk. Handle employee relations issues and make sure safety and onboarding training is completed. Report labor metrics to leadership every week and every month. Qualifications 3+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years managing temporary labor in warehousing or logistics. Working knowledge of U.S. employment law; California experience preferred. Experience managing staffing vendors and reconciling invoices. Strong Excel skills. Able to travel between sites. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
