Role Purpose
The Talent Partner acts as a strategic and operational HR business partner to the senior Business stakeholders that he/she supports, as well as his/her leadership team. He/She provides distinct strategy enabling talent, organization and cultural initiatives to be lived by everyone, for the ultimate benefit of the patient. He/She acts as strategic influencer, therefore understanding the business, its imperatives, and priorities. He/She is accountable for the execution of all talent processes within his business partner organization, through executing him/herself or through partnering with other.
