Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leads the execution of workforce planning initiatives and coordinates the tracking of staffing metrics across multi-functional departments. Validate the accuracy of personnel data and authorize the release of talent acquisition requisitions to maintain organizational readiness. Monitor performance against staffing baselines and lead internal teams in achieving complex hiring goals. Executes strategic staffing oversight for the 900-position ILS2 program across the Indo-Pacific theater. Validate the technical accuracy of personnel requirements and lead the tracking of staffing milestones within the talent acquisition lifecycle. Coordinate with task leads to proactively identify and resolve personnel gaps before they impact regional mission readiness. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of position relevant experience. Experience in formal workforce planning oversight and acting as a functional lead for staffing deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification. DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent). Experience with advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) and personnel databases in a DoD environment.
Clearance Requirement:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
