Key responsibilities include:
Direct and administer HR plans, policies, and procedures; maintain and update the employee handbook Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, employee relations, investigations, and performance management Lead compensation strategy, salary analysis, and evaluation processes Guide benefits administration and leave practices; partner with external vendors as needed Ensure thorough compliance with Hawaii and federal employment laws; represent the organization in claims/hearings as applicable Supervise HR staff and maintain accurate HR records and reporting Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification 5+ years in HR management in a 100+ employee organization Deep working knowledge of state and federal employment laws If you're ready to lead with humility, empathy, and excellence, apply today.
