As the HR Manager, you will oversee the HR functions. Manage recruitment needs for offices. Manage state licensing requirements. Coach and counsel office staff.Basic Requirements:
18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail. Must have a professional demeanor. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must have great coaching and counseling skills.
