Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain job descriptions and ensure accurate position documentation.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
Support leadership in conflict resolution and performance improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer employee benefits programs and act as the primary liaison with benefit providers.
Support annual compensation reviews and salary administration processes.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and related inquiries.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
