Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development programs. Lead recruitment efforts by managing the entire hiring process from interviewing to onboarding. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture and understand organizational policies. Manage performance management systems to evaluate employee performance. Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processing using systems such and ensure compliance with benefits regulations including FMLA and Workers' Compensation. Handle employee relations issues by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and applying conflict management strategies to maintain a harmonious work environment. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards. Requirements Proven Human Resources experience with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, and Workers' Compensation procedures. Familiarity with training & development programs and talent management strategies aimed at fostering employee growth.
