- Verify payroll accuracy
- Process payroll changes
- Bonuses and shift differentials
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time
- Improve payroll systems and internal controls Employee Relations
- Coach supervisors
- Resolve employee concerns
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Administer disciplinary processes
- Assist with employee development and retention Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Maintain OSHA and HR documentation
- Coordinate workers' compensation claims
- Administer company drug testing program
- Conduct HR audits Leadership
- Build efficient HR systems
- Develop and improve SOPs
- Create meaningful HR reporting

- 5+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Experience processing or overseeing payroll
- Knowledge of federal and Idaho employment laws
- Experience with employee relations and investigations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
