Position Summary:
This role oversees payroll processing and human resources functions across the organization. You'll ensure accurate payroll, maintain compliance with labor laws and prevailing wage requirements, and support employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to ongoing HR support.
Work Hours:
8 am
  • 5 pm Monday through
Friday Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Manage certified payroll and ensure compliance with wage and tax regulations Support HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations Assist with recruiting, documentation, and maintaining organized personnel records
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of payroll processing experience Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Experience with prevailing wage / certified payroll Experience in construction, HVAC, or similar trades preferred Working knowledge of federal and state labor laws Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
