Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test. \#everydaybetter Key job responsibilities ? Lead and supervise a team of 10-25 direct reports within Pharmacy Operations. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department performance at the site. ? Know which decisions to make independently and which need approval; pursue approval and get other stakeholders in alignment ? Responsible for meeting our customers' needs by planning and implementing processes and procedures that will improve the department's results and improve efficiencies ? Interview, hire, and support documented training experiences for all team members in partnership with Recruiting, Human Resources, and Training teams ? Develop team members by providing mentorship, educational opportunities, and progressive growth opportunities ? Responsible for the performance management and accountability of the team members within the department ? Challenges best practices to invent novel ways of solving a problem. Operates with intent, succinctly sets relevant context and summary of purpose ? Maintain regular check ins with Direct Reports ? Responsible for ensuring accurate staffing, hiring, and scheduling to meet company goals and forecasted budget ?
