We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy! Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test. \#everydaybetter Key job responsibilities ? Lead and supervise a team of 10-25 direct reports within Pharmacy Operations. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department performance at the site. ? Know which decisions to make independently and which need approval; pursue approval and get other stakeholders in alignment ? Responsible for meeting our customers' needs by planning and implementing processes and procedures that will improve the department's results and improve efficiencies ? Interview, hire, and support documented training experiences for all team members in partnership with Recruiting, Human Resources, and Training teams ? Develop team members by providing mentorship, educational opportunities, and progressive growth opportunities ? Responsible for the performance management and accountability of the team members within the department ? Challenges best practices to invent novel ways of solving a problem. Operates with intent, succinctly sets relevant context and summary of purpose ? Maintain regular check ins with Direct Reports ? Responsible for ensuring accurate staffing, hiring, and scheduling to meet company goals and forecasted budget ?
