What you will do:
: Lead and support HR operations across multiple locations within the assigned region Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance oversight Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with operational and growth objectives Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to improve organizational performance Serve as a senior resource for complex employee relations matters, investigations, and policy interpretation Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies Conduct audits, site visits, and training to reinforce a compliant and positive workplace environment Support talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives Identify and develop high-potential employees to build organizational capability Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and team development Support HR integration for acquisitions, including onboarding and cultural alignment Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement Provide guidance to newly integrated teams to align with company practices Partner with HR centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance) to ensure alignment Support implementation of company-wide HR programs, systems, and policies Drive consistency and standardization across HR processes Maintain regular on-site presence across locations to support leaders and employees Build strong relationships with field teams to understand business needs and challenges Provide hands-on support to HR teams and operational leaders Perform additional duties and strategic initiatives as needed What you will bring:: Strong leadership and team development skills Deep knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site or regional leadership Experience leading HR professionals and supporting operational teams Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently Ability to partake in a combination of office and field-based work across multiple locations Ability to partake in frequent travel required within assigned region Comfortability with regular interaction with employees, leadership, and HR teams Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Flexibility to work extended hours based on business needs What you will earn:: Health Care Benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
