Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting and core HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in building a strong talent pipeline, driving leadership development initiatives, and supporting a high-performing workforce across both hourly and salaried populations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in manufacturing recruiting, strong business partnership skills, and a hands-on approach to employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on skilled trades and leadership positions Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive manufacturing labor market Partner closely with plant leadership, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business goals Drive leadership development (LD) programs, including succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience, including orientation and early-stage development Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee understanding Support performance management processes, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Analyze recruiting and HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and process enhancements Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
