Job Description

A Recruiter / Onsite Staffing Manager at Noble Staffing Solutions is responsible for high-volume recruiting and managing the staffing process to ensure successful placements of candidates. This role involves working closely with clients and candidates, conducting orientations, and managing workforce needs while maintaining effective communication and operational efficiency. Must be Bi-lingual( English/Spanish) Responsibilities Manages candidate inventory by recruiting, screening, and interviewing daily. Conducts all new hire orientations, encompassing all client onboarding information and performing new hire check-ins on the first day of work. Audits onboarding requirements and confirms new hire start requirements are met. Communicates workforce needs to clients for staffing productivity and presents plausible solutions using labor market data. Participates in client forecasting meetings and remains informed of client's current and upcoming business needs. Manages daily attendance reports and headcount reports. Documents and investigates safety incidents and participates in client meetings to discuss safety and operational efficiency. Handles worker's compensation claims and documents unemployment. Runs and creates reports to identify workforce challenges. Conducts employee performance reviews and assigns and ends associate assignments. Requirements HR and data management experience. Demonstrable success managing a team or process. Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment. Able to lead, organize, and build effective and diverse teams. -Must have seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Practical experience and comfort with using operational software, Microsoft Office products, and basic data management tools for analysis -Must be able to speak and write English/Spanish -Staffing experience 2/3 years Pay rate : $21.00 40 hours + a week Monday-Friday with OT as needed and weekend as needed Please contact (626) 995-7811 or Alex (909) 371-9478
