Human Resources Manager:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes and support employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage employee benefits administration and HR policies.
- Update and maintain employee handbook, policies, and HR procedures.
Human Resources Manager:
- 3+ years of HR Manager or HR Generalist experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and benefits administration.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is a plus.
