Human Resources Manager Salary:

Human Resources Manager:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring efforts from sourcing through offer management.
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure a successful new hire experience.
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
- Oversee performance review processes and support manager development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits and HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining HR policies and the employee handbook.
Human Resources Manager:
- 5+ years of HR Manager or HR Generalist experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; BambooHR experience preferred.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is a plus.
