What You'll Do Drive recruiting efforts and build lasting applicant pipelines Manage onboarding, promotions, and employee recognition Partner with colleges, universities, and community organizations to find top talent Support leadership in staffing, training, and long-term recruitment strategies Keep safety and compliance on track (OSHA logs, incident trends, etc.) Collaborate with sales & management on HR and marketing initiatives What We're Looking For Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training Strong communicator with leadership abilities Warehouse or manufacturing background a plus Bachelor's degree preferred (or 4 years relevant experience) Why You'll Love It Here Competitive salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually Full benefits package : health, 401k, paid vacation A supportive, team-oriented environment with room to grow Opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, people-first industry
